EVO Global Services Pte. Ltd. is a company registered in Singapore (UEN: 200309562G) with its registered office at 31 Harrison Road #05-03, Singapore. We specialize in providing student accommodation services in Singapore for students and parents from around the world.
To use our Site and make bookings, you must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. If you are under 18, your booking must be completed or confirmed by a parent or legal guardian. By using our Site, you confirm that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
EVO House provides an online platform that allows users to browse available student accommodations in Singapore, submit booking requests and deposits, and communicate with our customer service team to finalize bookings. We may update, suspend, or modify parts of the Site at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or compliance purposes.
To access certain features or submit a booking, you may need to create an account. By doing so, you agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration, keep your login details confidential, and notify us immediately of unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, are inactive for extended periods, or are suspected of misuse or fraud.
When you place a booking through our Site, you agree to the terms and conditions stated at the time of booking. The booking fee serves as a deposit of intent and does not guarantee room availability until confirmed by EVO House via email. All bookings are subject to availability and final confirmation by our team. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. EVO House is not responsible for payment processing errors or security issues originating from those systems. If a room is unavailable after your booking submission, we will refund your deposit (excluding any clearly stated non-refundable service charges). Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.
All prices are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST), where applicable. Prices may vary based on property, season, or booking duration. Additional charges (such as administrative or cleaning fees) may apply and will be disclosed during the booking process. In the event of a pricing or listing error, EVO House reserves the right to cancel the affected booking and refund any payments made.
You may cancel your booking in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy, available on our website. Refund eligibility depends on the timing and conditions stated during booking. Some promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable. If EVO House cancels a booking for reasons beyond our control, we will issue a full refund (excluding any non-refundable service fees). Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
By using our Site, you agree not to violate any laws, provide false or fraudulent information, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated tools (such as bots) to extract data. You must not upload malware, use our content for commercial purposes without permission, or interfere with the Site’s operations. EVO House reserves the right to restrict or terminate your access if you engage in prohibited conduct.
All content on the Site—including text, graphics, photos, videos, logos, and trademarks—is the exclusive property of EVO Global Services Pte. Ltd. or its licensors. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of our materials without written consent is prohibited.
Your privacy is important to us. Our handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy (www.evohouse.com.sg/privacy-policy), which complies with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). By using our Site, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EVO House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including data loss or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim related to your use of the Site shall not exceed the total booking fees you have paid to EVO House in the preceding 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EVO House, its directors, employees, and agents against claims or expenses arising from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms. This clause survives termination of these Terms.
We may update or modify these Terms periodically. When we do, we will update the ‘Last Updated’ date above and, if significant changes occur, notify users via email or on our website. Your continued use of the Site after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
EVO House may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or applicable law. You may terminate your account by contacting us. Upon termination, we will delete or anonymize your data per our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and EVO House. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining terms remain enforceable. Failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver. These Terms do not create any partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and EVO House.
